For The Grand Castle, K Group led a smooth, property-wide rollout by installing more than 67 SwiftReaderX units across entrances and amenity spaces, replacing damaged legacy hardware and strikes, validating wiring and door hardware including mag locks and integration points, commissioning and testing every access point, and training onsite staff on system management and resident onboarding.
